GOD MADE US ALL UNIQUE
As the saying goes, “God made us all UNIQUE”, it is self explanatory and easy to understand. But at times, there will always be people who’ll belittle themselves and think they are worthless and incapable...
The girl says, “I am weird”, while the boys replies, “I like you”. Throughout our differences and incompetence, there will be always be someone who will appreciate and love us for who we are. Just like how God made us all unique and special in our own ways, He also loves us equally and without measure. It’s not also right to compare ourselves with other people, instead, adore them and make them as an inspiration for us to keep on striving. Or much wiser, compete with ourselves and improve the things that are need to be improve, cherish the gifts God has given us and thank Him for all the blessings in our life, whether it may be - bad or good. For all those challenges, when surpassed, will always be a worthwhile experience.
As for us high school students, there are times when it’s really hard to fit in and sometimes suffer from identity crisis. The majority would always sit with the coolest person or maybe the cooler kids wouldn’t even hang out with the nerds and will just need them if they have to copy some assignments. But it’s not right to just hang out with a person just because you need their help or you want something from them. You befriend someone because at some point, you both have something in common or even not, but you just enjoy each other’s company. In order to gain friends, the first rule is just BE YOU. No more pretentions and false words.
Being true to yourself is so much easier than lying and pretending to be something you’re not. You are not only deceiving them, but also yourself. Be happy for who you are and what you’re not. God only gives what’s best for us and is fair. He knows when to give and for whom it should be. We ought to be happy for the blessings and also be happy for the others too.
Being unique is what we have in us. It may be the only thing we all have in common. Ironic isn’t it? J
